Key achievements
Delivered MDR Class IIB medical device certification
I owned the entire usability engineering process for regulatory compliance. I created documentation, designed and conducted summative evaluations across three products, and represented the team in audits. Successfully secured Class IIB certification, enabling market entry in the EU.
Designed AI-driven Intake from concept to launch
I designed a new product that collects patient symptoms and medical history before consultations. I created wireframes, built prototypes, designed the UI, and tested the solution with patients and doctors. I collaborated daily with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, QA, BI) and owned the complete design process, enabling rapid iteration from concept to production launch.
Designed LLM-powered Voicebot from concept to launch
I led end-to-end design of an LLM-based voice assistant that automates patient triage and reduces nurse workload. I defined conversation flows, designed the UI, and developed the prompt engineering strategy. I also conducted usability testing to inform iterations and improvements. The beta launch generated 10 qualified leads and 1 active pilot.
Redesigned Region Selection feature
I identified that users struggled with region selection, leading to inaccurate results and reported issues. I redesigned the feature for clarity and simplicity through iterative design and A/B testing. The new design increased region selection usage by 10.2% and reduced user-reported issues by 96.6%.
